North Tyneside Youth Council is coordinating a creative writing and poetry competition for years 7- 9 and years 10-13. The theme is bullying/anti bullying. You may have been affected by this subject or have strong views you would like to voice through writing.

  • Written pieces should be a maximum of 1000 words
  • This can be in the form of a short essay or poetry
  • No abusive language
  • There will be a prize for the winners and the best pieces
  • will be displayed during Anti Bullying Week in November
  • One entry per person
  • Competition opens on June 1
  • Competition closes at midnight on September 30
